Washington Expired License Information

Expired Less Than 3 Years

A license reinstatement must be submitted within 3 years of the date your license expired. The continuing education requirement to reinstate either a broker or managing broker license is 60 hours, which must include a 30-hour Real Estate Law course. You can complete your educational reinstatement requirements by purchasing our Washington 30-hour package and the Washington Real Estate Law Course, available at a discount from our affiliate partner Kaplan. Expired Over 3 Years
