New Jersey Real Estate CE Breakdown

New Jersey real estate agents must renew their license every two years. The current cycle runs from 2023 to 2025, and the next renewal will be in 2027.

For 2025, the 12-hour CE requirement is broken down as follows:

Required Courses (6 Hours Total)

  • 2 Hours of Core Topics
  • 2 Hours of Ethics
