This 12-hour continuing education package is designed for individuals that did not complete CE during one of the first two years of the licensing cycle.

The package includes 4 hours of Legal Topics (2 hours for the current year and 2 makeup hours for the prior year), 2 hours of Fair Housing (1 hour for the current year and 1 makeup hour for the prior year), and 6 hours of Elective topics, including Code of Ethics, which is authored to satisfy the NAR Code of Ethics training.
