This 18-hour continuing education package fulfills the full elective requirements of the 2022 - 2024 cycle for renewal of a Michigan real estate license as well as the 2 hour legal requirement for the current year. This package contains an additional 4 hours of legal topics (6 hours total) for licensees that did not complete the required legal courses for the first two years of the cycle.
