This course covers the DRE-mandated topic of Management and Supervision. Some of the items covered include the duty to supervise, trust fund handling, office policies and procedures, and advertising. This topic is required for all Broker renewals as well as second and subsequent renewals of a Salespersons license. This requirement can also be satisfied with the 8-Hour Survey course for Brokers and Salespersons that have previously renewed at least one time.

NOTE: DRE regulations limit credit for study time to 8 hours per day and do not allow more than 15 credit hours of exams to be completed in a 24-hour period. Therefore it will take a minimum of 6 days to complete the entire 45-hour package.
