This 30-hour continuing education package fulfills the full education requirements for subsequent renewals of a Washington state real estate license, including the Core requirement and the 3-Hr Fair Housing requirement.

If you have not taken the initial 6-hour Washington Real Estate Fair Housing course, then you must complete this course first. You can build a 30-Hr package with this course using the Custom Package option.

First Time Renewals: This package fulfills 30 of your 90 required hours. In addition to this package, first-time broker renewals are also required to complete a 30-hour Advanced Practices Course and 30-hour Real Estate Law Course.

To receive credit, you must complete all sections of the course.
