This package fulfills all non-elective education requirements for renewal of a mortgage license, including the required topics of federal law, ethics, and non-traditional lending. Please note, you will need at least 1 more hour of elective or state-specific education to meet the 8 hour minimum requirement. Licensees in some states may require 9 or 10 hours, so make sure to check your state's requirements. | |||

Empire Learning is approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (Sponsor Code #1532) to provide the above-listed courses for continuing education credit for North Carolina real estate licensees. Each course is individually approved and the specific course approval number will be listed on your completion certificate. Sponsor approval can be verified on the NCREC website here.
Courses provided by Empire Learning will satisfy the 4-hour Elective continuing education requirement for North Carolina licensees. The remaining 4 hours is required to be taken in a classroom setting. All completed credits are reported to the NCREC on a daily basis, Monday through Friday.
Please note that the NCREC requires courses to be completed within 30 days of enrollment.
