Yes. For your first renewal, Pennsylvania licensees are required to take 14 hours of courses approved specifically for first-time renewals. Our 14-hour First Renewal package fully satisfies the requirement. For second and subsequent renewals, Pennsylvania licensees are required to complete 14 hours of CE including at least 1.5 hours of Property Management and 2 hours of Advertising. Either of our Second and Subsequent Renewal packages will fully satisfy the requirements.
No, Ethics is not one of the topics required to renew your license. However - if you are a member of the National Association of Realtors (includes local Association members) you must complete 3 hours of Ethics every two years. The next NAR Ethics deadline is December 31, 2024.
Either of our Property Management courses will satisfy the full Property Management requirement for 2020 license renewals. Our Digital Marketing course will satisfy the full Advertising requirement.
