Renewal Information:

After completing the continuing education requirements, your license can be renewed 90 days prior to your license expiration date online at http://www.dos.ny.gov/licensing/eaccessny.html. Please note that during the license renewal application you will be asked if your continuing education requirements have been met. Make sure to select Yes if you have completed your CE requirements.

If a licensee answers Yes, the renewal will be processed without further action needed. If a licensee answers No, either on purpose or accident, a hold is placed on the renewal until the student submits proof of CE in certificate form. You will then need to provide copies of your course completion certificates which can be accessed on your My Account page.

Licensees answering Yes may be randomly audited and asked to provide completion certificates.
