The North Carolina Real Estate Commission does not allow CE courses to be offered from June 11th to June 30th each year.

Courses will be available again July 1st. Any in-progress courses that were not completed by June 10th are eligible for free re-enrollment in your account starting July 1st.

Approval Information

Empire Learning is approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (Sponsor Code #1532) to provide the above-listed courses for continuing education credit for North Carolina real estate licensees. Each course is individually approved and the specific course approval number will be listed on your completion certificate. Sponsor approval can be verified on the NCREC website here.

Courses provided by Empire Learning will satisfy the 4-hour Elective continuing education requirement for North Carolina licensees. The remaining 4 hours is required to be taken in a classroom setting. All completed credits are reported to the NCREC on a daily basis, Monday through Friday.

Please note that the NCREC requires courses to be completed within 30 days of enrollment.
