This course follows our Real Estate Investing: Recognizing Opportunities course, moving from understanding trends and neighborhoods to analyzing specific properties and executing purchases.
The first two units of this course focus on the numbers and metrics investors find most valuable, walking through how to value different types of properties with easy-to-understand examples. The last two units of the course cover offers and purchase agreements, focusing on both creative structures to satisfy and protect all parties and contingency clauses that are particularly relevant to investors.

Empire Learning is approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (Sponsor Code #1532) to provide the above-listed courses for continuing education credit for North Carolina real estate licensees. Each course is individually approved and the specific course approval number will be listed on your completion certificate. Sponsor approval can be verified on the NCREC website here.
Courses provided by Empire Learning will satisfy the 4-hour Elective continuing education requirement for North Carolina licensees. The remaining 4 hours is required to be taken in a classroom setting. All completed credits are reported to the NCREC on a daily basis, Monday through Friday.
Please note that the NCREC requires courses to be completed within 30 days of enrollment.
